The NKY Firebirds are 2-0 in pool play.
They beat St Paul's USBC, out of Niagara District, 76-73 and they beat Tampa Bay Warriors, out of Florida, 50-38.
They have already secured themselves a spot in the championship bracket, but if they beat Tangi Select (Louisiana) today at 3:35, they'll receive a first round bye.
The Firebirds consists of the following NKY players:

Update: Kentucky Firebirds won their pool this afternoon with a 44-42 win over Tangi Select out of So. Louisiana.
They play again tomorrow at 3:35 against either Team Tampa or St. Paul Tornadoes, both out of Florida. Both teams finished second in pool play. The winner will advance to the quarters of that bracket.
